About 1855 Swigert Way

Beautiful home on 2.5 unfenced acres with an amazing view of the full mountain range. The house is 1 mile from Schriever SFB's west gate, 11 miles (~13 min) from Peterson SFB's east gate and 16 miles (~20 min) from Ft Carson. The garage has 3 oversized bays (approx. 28'6" x 26'9" interior space) and an additional large enclosed workshop with 240V outlets that is approximately 27ft x 15ft. There is also a shed on the property. The exterior of the house was painted tan just after we left last summer. The interior has not changed from the pictures in the listing. House has central A/C and heated floors, engineered hardwood and tile throughout. It is on septic and well water so there is no water bill. Stove is natural gas and there is a natural gas hook-up on the patio for a grill. All granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fridge, washer and dryer are included. The house has great air flow and central air is often not needed if you open 2 windows. Tennant is responsible for trash and all utilities. The master bedroom (approx. 14.5' x 16') and bath are fantastic. Features include a large walk-in closet with matchings sides, sinks on two separate vanities, and a large shower with dual shower heads. The 2nd bedroom (approx. 11.5' x just under 10') is intended more as an office but has a closet. We put 2 singles beds in the 3rd bedroom (10' x just under 12') but it could fit a double. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are awesome. If you like to run, there are 1 mi and 2 mi routes from the house. Antelope and rabbits can be seen regularly. We loved this house for 4 years and plan on moving back into it whenever the Space Force brings us back to CO Springs. We know you'll love it too. Terms at 1855 Swigert Way

Tenant pays all utilities. A contractor will replace the house water filter, check water softener salt, air filter, and boiler quarterly. Tenants are responsible to water the 7 pine trees on the property at least once per year and to mow the yard at least monthly from spring to fall. There will be a reverse military clause in the lease. If owner receives orders back to Colorado Springs, the tenant will have at least 60 days from notice to vacate the property.
