How to apply? When submitting an application the following is required: - Rental applications are only available ONLINE and ALL FIELDS must be filled out. No Blanks - Application fee - $100 per adult [NON REFUNDABLE] - Proof of funds i.e. Bank Statements - Verification of Employment or Pay stubs - Previous landlord reference or contact number including fax or e-mail. -Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days if all documents are provided at the time of applying. - Must move in within 15 days of securing home CREDIT CRITERIA Credit Score of 650 and higher , Triumph Property Management will attempt to obtain a consumer credit report for each applicant. This report must be generated by Triumph Property Management and NOT the applicant. In addition to a credit report, we also run a fraud search, eviction search, base check search, national criminal database scan, and a driver's license verification. We may also contact current and previous landlords, employers, and/or references provided by you. Depending upon the credit score, rental history and other application findings an extra deposit may be required not to exceed local or state law. IMPORTANT: If you currently owe money to a former landlord, have unpaid utility bills, have open collections, late payments on automobiles, repossessions, and/or have ever been evicted from a rental, your application will be AUTOMATICALLY DENIED.
