2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment Available in Maryland Heights | First-Floor Unit | Huge Patio | In-Unit Washer & Dryer | Pet Friendly | Furnished Option I'm… moving back to California at the end of July and looking for someone to take over my lease by August 1st! This is a 2 bed / 1 bath first-floor apartment at Fieldpointe Apartments in Maryland Heights. I've lived here for about 2.5 years and have honestly had a great experience. It's been comfortable, convenient, and a great home for me and my dogs! Also, yes I know the reviews suck, but I'm just speaking from my own experience and honestly if I didn't have to leave, I'd continue living here! Apartment highlights: First-floor unit / ground-floor unit Huge private patio In-unit washer & dryer Central AC & heat Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size fridge Spacious living room Dining area + breakfast bar Large bedrooms with good closet space Pet-friendly community Parking right outside the building The patio is easily one of the best parts! It gives you a ton of extra outdoor space and is perfect for pets, relaxing, grilling, or just hanging out. I also added a doggy door setup, which has been super convenient with my dogs! The location is also great! Close to Creve Coeur, Bridgeton, Westport, St. Charles, I-270, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Soccer Park/Fenton area, nice area to run around, close to Creve Coeur Lake, and pickleball courts across the street! Management and maintenance have been very responsive in my experience. They typically respond the same day or next day, and I've rarely needed to contact them. Rent is $1,590/month. With apartment fees, water, electric, and gas, as well as internet I typically pay around $1,840/month total. I'm also open to leaving most of my furniture if someone wants the apartment furnished! Since I'm moving across the country, I'm planning to sell most of it anyway, so we could work out a fair one-time fee if you want to move into a mostly furnished apartment. If not, no problem! I'll empty the apartment completely and have it professionally cleaned before move-in. The current lease runs through September 27, 2026, which is nice if you want a shorter commitment, but the complex also allows lease takeovers and extensions if you want to stay longer. The takeover would go through the apartment complex's normal application/approval process, and once approved, the lease would transfer into your name. Available August 1st, possibly sooner depending on timing. Message me if you're interested, want more photos/videos, or would like to come see it!
