Lease terms

Lease terms: - 12 month lease with first month and deposit due at signing - Late rent will include a weekly penalty fee - Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, gas, garbage/recycling, internet) - Pets are considered (no more than 2), must have references and be well behaved, quiet and well cared for. A $50 deposit per pet is required - Tenant must assist with periodic mowing of backyard, seasonal irrigation hookups, weeding and upkeep of yard. A plan will be set with landlord (which may include landlord coming onto property to ensure this happens, rather than asking tenant to complete) - Tenants must inform landlord when maintenance or servicing needs to happen, and must be available to allow service people to enter the house, as needed. Property rules: - This is a non smoking property - Any evidence of smoking will be an immediate forfeiture of lease, with penalties - Only the tenants on the lease may live here - Only the animals on the lease may occupy the property. Number of pets will be set with landlord. No more that 2 total animals. - Property must be properly locked and secured at all times

This home was built in 1967. It is well-loved and cared for.… It has mid-century charm with some needed updates (including a new furnace and central AC). The bedrooms have beautiful bright Hickory wood flooring. The living room and entryway have oak wood flooring, and the hallways, kitchen and dining room have vinyl plank flooring. The bathrooms have vinyl tile. The house receives beautiful morning sunlight in the front, and warm afternoon light in the back. There is a large garage (no automatic opener) that provides ample storage. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is on the NE corner of the house and is mid-sized. It has it's own bathroom with a pocket shower. It easily accommodates a queen sized bed. Bedroom #2 is on the NW corner and is the largest. A king sized bed would easily fit. There are mirrored closet doors and two corner windows. Bedroom #3 is between Bedroom #2 and the kitchen. The door faces the laundry area. It is a smaller room and was used as a massage therapy studio. It has a closet and a window facing the backyard. The full kitchen has ample storage and everything you need. The house is on 8th street, located in Midtown Bend. It is walkable to multiple parks, Pilot Butte, groceries and food carts. Easily bikeable to downtown, the river and the amphitheater. Easy access to the parkway and highway 97.
