Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku-connected smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table seating four and additional bar stool seating. Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with two couches and a 65" smart TV with premium cable and streaming options.
Linen service, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. Pool and beach towels are not included.
Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet, and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach. It's just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, putting you within a 15-minute drive of most locations on the South Strand. The resort is also a short drive to Myrtle Beach and Hammock Coast.
Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay and requires access to your unit. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. Guests must be 23 years of age or older to book. No smoking or pets are permitted. Checkout is at 10 AM. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the provided dumpsters. No flammable fluids or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, or chairs. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space; all others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian.
