Gas-powered golf carts are available for rent and are a great option for getting around during the day, especially to access local amenities. Electric golf carts are not recommended due to the lack of charging stations. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet, and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the closest beach access. You will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. The property is a quick 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport, and Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Towels or bathing suits should not be hung on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. Grills and smokers are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. Garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are not permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs.
