Golf Colony Deerfield is a quiet and comfortable resort ideally located in the heart of Surfside Beach. Just 1.5 miles from Surfside Beach access, you'll be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes, offering convenient access to Myrtle Beach and Hammock Coast.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Guests must be 23 or older to book. Checkout is at 10 AM. Please treat the home and grounds with respect. The pool is open from 9 AM to 11 PM, with rules regarding glass, pets, and children under 12 without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules posted in the pool area and court side. No portable grills are permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other hazardous articles are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
