Free parking is available on the premises and additional free street parking. Guests can opt for pool and spa heating for an additional charge of $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. A pet fee and a $150 security deposit are required for guests bringing a dog, with prior written notification and host approval.
Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this villa is a short drive from Orlando's most beloved attractions, including Disney World (20-25 minutes away), SeaWorld (about 30 minutes), and Universal Studios (around 35 minutes).
Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but refills are not offered during your stay. Florida's climate can bring humidity and insects; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Keep the temperature at or above 70F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, or a fine of up to $500 may apply. Propane for the grills is typically provided by guests; a propane tank is available to be filled and used. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of (2) vehicles may park in the driveway; indoor parking is not available as the garage has been converted into a game room. Street parking is limited and not guaranteed. Please remove shoes indoors. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
