Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this villa offers convenient access to Orlando's attractions. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes.
Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Florida summers can be hot; please keep the temperature at or above 70F to prevent the AC unit from freezing, as setting it lower may result in a fine of up to $500. Propane for the grills is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report any damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are offered.
