The main living room is spacious and designed for time together, with ample seating and a TV for movie nights. A separate game room adds another gathering space, complete with games and a large TV. The kitchen is a large, full kitchen equipped for home-cooked meals, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table nearby for shared breakfasts or dinners in. Enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub with outdoor furniture for relaxing poolside. A BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home.
Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay. A crib and high chair are provided. On-site laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. Propane for the grill is provided by guests.
Set within the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, the home is a short walk to the clubhouse and amenity center. Guests have access to resort features including a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, sports courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by, and the home is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Guests are responsible for refilling any supplies during their stay. A Ring Camera is located by the front and back door.
