This unit is a walker paradise and yet set on a quite tree-lined street.… Freshly renovated basement/garden level apartment - paint and additional insulation and sound proofing were just added after the last tenants moved out. All previous tenants have stayed at least two years and have been very happy. Friendly landlords live in the top unit and are available to repair and address issues directly without needing to go through a property management company.
