Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an un-approved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Smoking is not permitted in the home; smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Water levels at Beaver Lake are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact lake accessibility and appearance. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for checking water levels prior to their stay. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access due to restrictions enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
