Hi Everyone!… My twin brother and I recently purchased a home in the DU/Platt Park/Washpark area and are looking to rent out two rooms in the basement of our house starting Aug 1st! Address: 1842 S Franklin St, Denver, CO. The house is super close to DU (2 blocks east), 0.5 miles directly South of Washpark (a super easy, low traffic walk/run across Franklin St bridge), and about 0.5 miles East of Platt Park. My brother and I are in our early 20s and are both Aerospace Engineers (we drive into the office everyday on weekdays). We enjoy anything active (hikes/runs/sports/etc.) and are also open to DU students as well! The blue basement bedroom is 12'1" x 9'8" and we are asking $850 or best offer + ($150) which includes all utilities, 950mbps WiFi, kitchen supplies, spices/cooking oils, and cleaning the large shared basement bathroom and living spaces. All in Price: $1000 The larger new basement bedroom is 22'5" x 8'7" and we are asking $1050 + ($150) or best offer. This includes all the same features as the other bedroom in addition to a mounted TV with dimmer lights. All in Price: $1200 There are three basement bedrooms that share a large basement bathroom that we regularly clean (see below). These are the all in prices for cleaning, kitchen supplies, and utilities. The house has 3 separate AC units and a shed for storage. There is plenty of street parking and we have 2 off street parking spots in the back and 1 in the front of the house you can use as well. Please reach out if you think you would be a good fit! We would prefer 12 month leases. We are super easy going and just looking for some fun housemates!

Two brothers who work full-time during the week as aerospace engineers, so we're typically out of the house during the day. We're clean, respectful, and generally keep things pretty quiet.
