Fully furnished and all utilities paid as well as internet. Month to Month rental. Available all year except June and July most years. Perfect place to stay if you are waiting for your house to close or if you want to check out the springfiled area. Our house ususally rents around $5500/month on airbnb but the renter is paying the extra fees and there is no real benefit. We would sign a contract with you for the monthly rent and all we ask is for a 30 day notice to vacate. Fully refundable deposit as long as place is clean and in the same shape.

This is a separate driveway and entrance with a 2 car garage and long driveway that can fit an RV. We park our Airstream here when we use the house in June and July.
Single level entrance with a furnished basement with a bedroom, living room play room area, and a full bath.
Everything is new.
Roof, Furnishings, washer , dryer, refrigerator, air conditioning heat pump, garage door, flooring, washer, dryer, oven, microwave hood, hardwood flooring, tile in bath, reclaimed lumber accents etc. New TV's, and free wifi.
We put a lot of money into this house last year. It is our vacation home for the summers now for 15 years. We have owned this house for 25 years. The neighbors are very nice and it is a very safe neighborhood.
