This is on a 1.39 acre lushly landscaped, lakefront property with native flora & fauna. You have access to swim, canoe, fish or ski in the 42 acre lake. Fire pit available on occasion with owners permission. Relax and lounge in a chaise lounge in the backyard or in the porch. You may also enjoy watching the sunset while sitting out on the dock or canoeing on the lake. There are an abundance of butterflies, owls, hawks, egrets, cranes, hummingbirds and cardinals. Our home is on a cul de sac and very safe and quiet. You are 3/4 mile to shopping.
