2 bed/2 full bathrooms with a front porch. - Would consider leaving furnished. Master bedroom is double sized, we used as a nursery/sitting area. Could be home office/yoga area. Master has a walk in closet, a second standard closet, and a newly renovated bathroom. Common space has a large living room fitting an oversized sectional. 2 areas can be used as dining/flex space/work space, etc. We used for a play area. Full disclosure: The floors aren't in the best condition. The only carpet is in the master and has just been deep cleaned. Washer/Dryer are functional, but old. Dryer squeaks sometimes. We can remove them if you want to bring your own. Guest bathroom and kitchen has not been updated. Backyard is fully fenced. Double driveway to fit multiple cars. The shed is used by the owner, no access for tenants. I am a licensed agent, but this is my personal rental.
