Lease terms

One year lease required, no fees. First, Last and Security deposit required. Renter is responsible for Electric, Gas, Wifi, Water/Sewer; owner pays for trash/recycling/compost. No smoking in or around building. No more than two pets allowed, pets (one or two) are an additional $100/month. There are quarterly maintenance items that we request to keep the appliances and apartment in great condition. Please tell us immediately when something is problematic, we address issues as soon as possible. There is no dedicated parking; we suggest getting a monthly pass at city hall for long-term lots that are a short walk from the building or a pass for the E. John Gare Garage attached to Thornes. There is no storage attached to the space.

John Gare Garage attached to Thornes There is no storage attached to the space. The owners live locally, only twenty minutes away and are on site twice weekly.
