Entry + Small Living Room Walk up the tile pathway to the front door, and you'll enter a lovely living room on your left, with the dining room and kitchen on your right and access to two of the home's bedrooms. The first, smaller living room is perfect for a couple of people to stay up late chatting, watching a movie, or catching a late-night show. Settle into the corner with a good book in the cozy chair for a great little reading nook. Dining Room The dining room comfortably seats 4, with extra space to dine in the front living room if needed. Bedroom 1 (Queen) + Bathroom 1 Down the hall, you'll find the master suite. Outfitted with a large desk for remote work and a comfy queen bed, you'll easily settle into a home-away-from-home feeling. This space has an incredible amount of storage, including bins, two closets, a dresser, and an additional closet in the attached bathroom. The bathroom features a shower and tub combination, perfect for all ages. It even includes two showerheads you can run simultaneously if you're feeling fancy. Bonus Room There is an additional bonus room attached to the home that leads to the dog run along the side of the house. This space is currently open but can be used for extra storage, a spacious play area, or anything else you might need. We also provide fishing gear for trips to the local pier (about an 8-minute drive) and beach gear for your visit to the beaches just 1.5 blocks away! We recommend driving, as it's still a bit of a walk to reach the public access points. Main Living Room + Desk Moving past the bedroom, you'll find a massive living room with vaulted ceilings, the true center of the home. The whole family can comfortably fit on the spacious couch for a night of charades or to enjoy that movie you've been waiting to stream. With a smart TV, you can log in to any streaming service to catch up on shows, movies, or your favorite sports teams. There's also a cozy workstation here, perfect for homework or remote work. Backyard Off the living room, you'll find the back patio. There's a covered porch with a few steps leading down to the huge, fully fenced backyard. Two garages are available, and the pink one is open for your use, making it a great option for an outdoor gym, storage, or playhouse. There's also a charming gazebo, ideal for sitting and enjoying the beautiful Virginia weather. Bedroom 2 (Twin Trundle) Branching off the living room, Bedroom 2 features a twin bed with an option for a twin trundle bed underneath if you have an additional guest. Extra linens are in the closet. This bedroom leads to the hallway that takes you back to the dining room. Bathroom 2 + Laundry Off the living room is the second full bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and an attached laundry room. The laundry is free to use, and extra linens are available in the storage area. Bedroom 3 (Full) Through the other side of the bathroom, you'll find Bedroom 3, which has a beautiful built-in bookshelf that can double as clothing storage. There's also a dresser and a large closet in this room. Another door leads directly to the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen is perfectly sized for meal prep, cooking, and storage. We provide all the basics to get you started, along with ample pantry space. Check out the kitchen amenities section for more details. A dishwasher is also available to make cleanup a breeze. The kitchen leads right back to the dining room. Bedroom 4 (Queen) Upstairs, you'll find a huge bedroom that covers the entire second floor. This bedroom has its own half bath, so you won't have to go downstairs in the middle of the night. There's a large closet and two dressers for all your storage needs. For added comfort, there's also a secondary window-unit AC available if needed. You have access to the whole home!
