I want to connect deeply with my roommates and hang out in our down times, and to make this a warm and cozy space for everyone. A few extra notes for us to quickly determine fit: - No smoking. No drugs. - 1 year lease or more only. - No pets. - Minimum credit score 600 or above. - I unfortunately accept any applicant with eviction history within the past 5 years. - House is ready to move in; prefer earlier move in date. - The house has 8 rooms and many bonus rooms, but most will be shared.
