Screening may include identity verification, credit history, background screening, eviction-related records, and income documentation provided by the applicant. Pre-Screening and Applications: Applicants who have not completed a Zillow Rental Manager application may be asked to provide basic information prior to scheduling a showing, including desired move-in date, household size, employment status, income range, and pet information. Prospective tenants may choose to complete a Zillow Rental Manager application before or after viewing the property. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or tenancy.
