It is 17 miles / 20 minutes to the main gate @ Dahlgren (NSWC), 8 minutes to the Heart of Colonial Beach, 10 miles to King George, 38 miles / 40 minutes to Fredericksburg, VA, 45" to LaPlata, MD (across the Nice Bridge) , and 40" to AP Hill. It is @ least 1.5' from Quantico.
This cute 2 BR, 1 BA house for rent is located (2) miles off of Rte 205 in Westmoreland Shores, which is a quiet, waterfront community. There are (2) community beaches in the community within walking distance from the house.
There is a maximum occupancy limit on this house. This is a very small house, but it has everything one or two people need to live comfortably
There is a nice galley kitchen with a glass topped stove, over-the-range microwave, and a refrigerator (sorry, no dishwasher.)
There is also a stack washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
In addition, there is a large finished bonus room that the previous Tenants used as their family room.
Altho the bedrooms are quite small (9ft by 11ft and 9ft by 8.8 in) each has an oversized large closet and each can hold a queen sized bed.
The heat and central ac are provided by a heat pump, + there are ceiling fans in most rooms. All floors are laminate or ceramic tile, which is great for allergies. .
1-2 indoor cats are welcome (sorry, no kenneling and/or breeding of animal so long as they have a current rabies license. All pets must be sp/neutered.
