LOCATION: This two-family house is in the historic town of Portland CT, conveniently located in Central Connecticut, just over the bridge from… Middletown. Easy access to highways. 20-30 minutes to both New Haven, Hartford, and CT shoreline.
HOUSE: This historic 1880s 2-family house has preserved some great charm of yester-year, while having undergone a recent renovation. There is a large level yard for BBQs and play. And the house is an easy walk to parks and baseball fields.
