This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom townhome offers a perfect blend of comfort and fun. It features two spacious living areas, Smart TVs in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with essential tools and appliances, and a dining area that comfortably seats eight. Fresh sheets, towels, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board are provided for your convenience.
Pool heating is available for $45 per night with a 3-night minimum, billed separately. Two pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay per pet, with weight restrictions applying. The resort facilities, including the grand resort pool, kids splash park, heated hot tub, SolPointe Bar & Grill, onsite coffee bar and convenience store, full-sized soccer field, basketball court, beach volleyball court, outdoor fitness lawn, yoga space, and children's playground, are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. The fitness center, arcade and game room, teen/tween hangout zone, and work and lounge spaces are located in the Grand Clubhouse.
Nestled within the vibrant, gated Solara Resort in Kissimmee, this 4-bedroom home offers a fantastic base for your family vacation. It provides easy access to Orlando's major attractions, including world-renowned theme parks, shopping, and dining options.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. The pool heating system may not work well in very cold weather and may auto-pause for safety during extreme cold. Pool and spa heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. If paid in advance, heating will be activated at least 24 hours before arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80F and 100F, depending on outdoor conditions. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks. Entry is facilitated by a keyless door lock with a unique access code valid only for your stay.
