For early risers, it's the perfect spot to catch the sunrise. Mature pinon pine and juniper insulate the property and provide not just privacy, but habitat to some lovely song birds. The other apartments are used as long term rentals. 3 miles to the Historic Plaza, 1-3 miles to Albertsons, Trader Joe's, Natural Grocers, WholeFoods Market. City buses are close by, as is the Zia Road RailRunner depot (train connects with Albuquerque.) Easy access to I-25 and NM 84/285 aka St. Francis Drive. Also near St. Michael's Drive and Christus St. Vincent, Presbyterian Hospitals. Wood burning fireplace in living room, gas fireplace in family room. The fireplace in the bedroom is not operational!
