Terms/Requirements: Apartment is occupied showings require 24-hour notice. One-year lease minimum. There is an application fee of ($50) for the background, credit and eviction checks. One-month deposit required along with employment verification. Security deposit or move-in and first month rent due at lease signing. Apartment is on a first-come-first-serve basis, I do not "HOLD" apartment unless a lease has been signed and payments have been made. Viewing Apt.
