PLEASE NOTE: neighboring property directly to the East will be undergoing construction sometime in the future. During the period of construction, we are prepared to offer a $450 monthly discount on rent. Neighborhood is quiet so important to maintain quiet hours after 10pm. Backyard should be mowed and otherwise maintained by tenant. As an alternative, the tenant can pay landlord an extra monthly fee to hire a gardener. No candles or open flames. Non-smoking house. All tenants must be able to provide verification of favorable residence history/references for the prior 24 months, valid photo ID, current verification of employment and proof of income to meet income ratio. Sex offender registration may be required as necessary. Applicants must provide a move-out plan detailing how the property will be returned to original condition at the end of the lease term.
