Lease Terms - Rent: $1,350/month - Security deposit: $1,350 - Utilities: Gas, water & sewer included - Utilities: Electric is tenant's responsibility (not included in rent) - A one-year lease Move-In Details - First month's rent (in full) and first security deposit installment are required prior to move-in. - Remaining security deposit must be paid in full within the first 4 months, split into monthly payments of $337.50. - Estimated total move-in cost: $1,687.50 (first month's rent: $1,350 + first deposit installment: $337.50) Application Process 1. Get the link: Send us your email address and we'll send you a link to the application from our tenant portal. 2. Apply: Submit your initial application (no fee). 3. Review: We review your application and let you know if you're approved to move forward. 4. Screening: Once approved, you'll pay a $45 fee per applicant over 18, paid directly to our third-party screening company through the tenant portal. This covers credit, criminal, eviction, and income verification checks. This fee is collected and processed entirely by the screening company we do not have the ability to issue a refund under any circumstances. *Note: We want to help you avoid paying a fee unnecessarily. If you're concerned something in your history (credit, criminal, or eviction record) might be flagged during screening, please include it in your initial application so we can review it before you move forward with the paid screening step.
