This is a third story 1 bedroom apartment next to everything in a classic walk-up building.… Beach, Biki, malls, supermarket, bars, dining, parks, bus, marina, and tourists centers are all nearby. It is situated in the quaint area near Hobron Ln just a few steps away from the peaceful end of the Ala Wai Canal.
It comes with hot and cold water, trash, sewage, AC unit in the bedroom, major appliances, curtains, and outdoor surfboard storage. There are large commercial laundry machines on-site. The trade winds get directed right into the property and the roof gets shade for the afternoon, doors may be left open, so staying cool without AC is easy. The unit has new floors throughout, except for the bathroom.
Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed. Parking for one car is included. Electricity and Internet are paid for my the tenant.
First month's rent and a refundable security deposit (equal to 1 month rent) are required at move in. A 1 year lease would be ideal.
