Requirements: Credit score requirment. FICO scores 650+ requires one month security deposit, stable employment, proof of income, favorable rental history, no criminal record in the past ten years, and no evictions within the last five years. Scores 620 to 649 requires a double security deposit, or one month security deposit plus excellence in all finances and excellent history of past tenancy Plus above requirements. Scores 600 to 619 requires a double security deposit and a co-signer with a FICO credit score of over 700, Plus above requirements. Scores below 600 are not considered. Rental Information: The stated rent is the starting amount, the actual rent may be higher. No pets allowed. Garages are available at extra cost of $30 a month. If you have a car, garage is required. Six-month leases are available at 20% additional rent, i.e., 1.2 times rent plus additional conditions. Month-to-month leases are available at 40% additional rent, i.e. 1.4 times rent plus additional conditions. * Water and sewer are included for reasonable, normal, and limited usage. ** If taking bath instead of showers --there is $50 extra per month for taking bath.
