Looking for a longer-term renter for 6-7 months, beginning in October (October 1-April 30). Dates could be slightly flexible (i.e. mid-Sept to mid-May) if agreed to early on (by June). Home is fully furnished, and renter will be asked to be respectful and responsible for the furnishings. Garage is single-car and has since been insulated and finished with drywall. Renter is responsible for all utilities, which includes W/S/G, Electric, and Internet. WSG is approximately $90/mo. Electric ranges depending on use during winter months ~$275/mo. Internet is $50/mo. Cats will not be allowed. Dogs are allowed under 40lbs on a case-by-case basis. This is a non-smoking house. Please feel free to ask any questions. The photos do not include various updates to furnishings and such. New stainless refrigerator, various new decor, various improvements.

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable retreat offers easy access to I-90 and the best of North Idaho. Just 10 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene, you're close to the lake, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Travel is simple with Spokane International Airport only 35 minutes away, and beautiful Sandpoint just an hour north perfect for exploring the region. Schweitzer is an hour drive north.
Backyard is fully fenced.
House has three bedrooms, which include two queen size beds and one king size. The main floor is the kitchen and living space. Upper floor has two bedrooms and a master bath, and downstairs has a living room with 70" TV, an additional bedroom which is just across from another full bath room/laundry. TV's are located in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Two bathrooms, both have full shower (one has a tub). House has radiant heating very effective.
Garage has recently been insulated and finished with drywall. Single car parking.
