The top floor, all to yourself! Three young professionals are looking for a fourth to rent a floor of our house for 1-year lease. Seeking clean and kind roommate for Philadelphia fun. Unfortunately, we cannot house pets or families. The third floor ($1200) features one spacious bedroom, a private bathroom, a balcony lookout, original hardwood floors, and a private study. We are two blocks from main street and one block from the train station (only 15 minutes to Temple!) The house features three outdoor spaces, new kitchen appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and wood floors. We have furnished the living room with TV, couches, dining table and a piano. The outdoor spaces will be twinkling with string-lights and set up for company. Utilities will be split between the four roommates.
