12 month lease required Prorated first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at lease signing Tenant is responsible for electric, water, sewer, and trash and will be invoiced monthly on the 1st. Lawn care, high speed internet/WiFi, and HOA fees are included in the monthly rent. Well behaved pets are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs and/or cats) with a $350 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Livestock, poultry, and exotic animals are strictly prohibited Proof Renters insurance coverage is required at move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease. This is a strictly non smoking property. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home or garage. All occupants 18 years of age and older must complete an application and pass a background check, credit check, income verification, rental history verification, and eviction screening.
