Lease terms

Lease options are available for 1+ years and the key terms and conditions are to ensure a clear understanding and a harmonious living experience: 1. No Smoking Policy: To maintain the pristine condition and air quality of the property, smoking of any substances is strictly prohibited within the premises. 2. Utilities Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to water, gas, electricity, and sewage services. It is the tenant's responsibility to set up accounts with the respective utility companies prior to moving in and to ensure timely payment of all utility bills. 3. Payment of Rent: The first and last month's rent are due at the time of lease signing. 4. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of lease signing. This deposit is held as a security measure against damages to the property and will be fully refunded at the end of the lease term, subject to a property inspection and deduction for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. 5. Blink Security Cameras: The home comes equipped with 4 pre-installed Blink security cameras for your safety and convenience. While the hardware is provided, activation and subscription costs associated with the service are solely the tenant's responsibility. 6. Pet Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family, and as such, small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of pets is at the discretion of the landlord and may be subject to specific conditions or requirements to ensure the well-being and comfort of both the pet and the property. Additional deposits or fees may apply. 7. Landscaping and Garden Maintenance: Significant effort and resources have been invested in the architectural design and upkeep of the property's landscaping and zen oasis to provide a serene and aesthetically pleasing environment. As a result, tenants are required to maintain the landscaping in its current condition, including regular watering, winterization, and yard maintenance throughout the year. This commitment helps ensure the continued beauty and value of the outdoor living spaces, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. 8. Safety & Security: Renter's insurance is required at time of move-in.
