This is a non-smoking property. I'm looking for a 12-month lease. First, last, and security deposit are due on signing. Tenant must get and maintain renter's insurance. No pets at this time. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities, including electric, gas, and internet. Landlord will pay water utility and bill tenant monthly for usage with a copy of the water bill provided to tenant. Yard maintenance and snow removal are tenant's responsibility.

Charming single-family home available on the northeast side of Madison starting roughly on Oct. 1, date somewhat flexible.… Several bus stops are within walking distance or it's a quick 10-minute drive downtown. The new Eastpark Medical Center is about 15 minutes away. Tenants can walk to several restaurants and bars, and the Willy St. Coop North is just a few minutes away (about a mile walk).
This one-level 3 bed/1 bath features hardwood floors, a nice backyard and deck.
The kitchen has just been repainted and features new flooring as well. A washer/dryer in the basement will stay with the property though neither will be replaced if they fail. There is a chest freezer in the basement as well, along with plenty of storage space. The home can be rented partially furnished if desired.
There's no garage but there's plenty of space in the driveway for two cars. The home also features central AC. Tenant will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal (I will leave a mower). Leaf removal and front garden landscaping will be handled by the landlord.
