Cats or small dogs may be accepted on a case by case basis with a separate non-refundable pet fee. All animals must be neutered or spayed and have proof of vaccinations. Tenant is responsible for the yard care and mowing. We do not accept HUD or housing vouchers. Tenant must have one year of prior rental history and one year of prior work history with proof of income. Our lease term is 1 year. Rent will be $1000 and the deposit will be $1000. Tenant must have all of the deposit and rent paid before moving in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water and electricity. Lease term is 1 year. Tenant must park in the allotted parking spaces. Prior rental history is required.
