The finished lower level features a recreation area (ping pong table, dart board, basketball hoop, children's toys and board games), a full bathroom with shower/tub and a pull out sofa/queen rollaway for extra guests or children. All living areas have Smart TVs. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as other complimentary toiletries (hairdryer, make-up wipes, etc.) This home has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of essential cooking implements provided. The bar area includes two beverage refrigerators stocked with bottled water. A Keurig coffee maker is provided, along with complimentary coffee, creamer and other essentials to help you start your day. Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits.
