Max 2 dogs are welcome with a $125 flat fee, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

This is a non-smoking property, with a $500 fine for violations inside the house. Smoking outside is allowed. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Underage drinking, drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Please remove shoes indoors. Use caution on the basement stairs, as they can be slippery. Please use the provided remotes for TVs and electronics and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Do not move or shift furniture. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to a normal range: 7075F for A/C in warmer months and 6769F for heat in colder months.
