A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an extra $100 fee per dog. Cats are not allowed. Shoes are to be removed indoors. Located in the heart of South Hills/Old Brooklyn, this unit is a convenient home base for exploring the city. Enjoy the neighborhood vibe from the private front porch. This is a non-smoking unit, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking outside is allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with immediate termination of the reservation and no refund for any unused nights if violated. Unauthorized gatherings will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
