This home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, a spacious steam room within the custom walk-in shower, and a hot tub overlooking the valley. The primary suite features a king-size Saatva bed, a RokuTV, and an en-suite spa-like bathroom. Additional sleeping areas include two more king-size beds, a twin daybed in the TV room, a twin bed in the yoga loft, and an extra folding twin mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the laundry area has a washer/dryer and iron. Entertainment options abound with vintage video games, a piano, and a record collection.
Parking for 4 cars is available in the driveway, though 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter due to the steep incline. Dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee, which should be included in the guest count. Events and gatherings require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Nestled in the beautiful Wears Valley area, Belltop is an ideal basecamp for scenic drives along Foothills Parkway, hiking in the Smokies, or exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Cades Cove entrance to the park is easily accessible, and the Little Brier trailhead is just over 5 miles away. Groceries and shopping are available in Pigeon Forge, approximately 9 miles away.
The private driveway is gravel, windy, and steep, with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive recommended in winter. Guests with mobility issues and young children should exercise caution on the spiral staircase to the observation deck due to long stairs and open areas. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property; a $200 remediation fee will apply if evidence of indoor smoking is found. Unreported overnight guests, gatherings, or exceeding maximum occupancy without prior written approval may result in additional guest fees or termination of the reservation without refund. Daytime visitors are welcome provided they do not exceed maximum occupancy, are respectful of the property and neighbors, clean up after themselves, and leave before 9 PM. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Unapproved late departures are charged $50 per hour. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or disruptions caused by anyone in their group. Exterior security cameras are in use at this property. Noise-monitoring devices are in use to help ensure quiet hours and prevent disruptions. Firearms and weapons are not permitted on the property. Guests should not feed wildlife and should store trash and food waste properly. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group when using outdoor areas of the property.
