I am moving in with my partner at the end of August and looking to move out of the apartment early. I am so sad to be leaving, as this apartment has been a wonderful home for nearly 3 years! The apartment is gorgeous, recently renovated, and the location is fantastic--Pine is one of the quieter streets in the Rittenhouse area, while still being steps away from the park and all that Center City has to offer. This unit will be available starting SEPT 1, with some flexibility for a mid or late August move-in. I've spoken with my landlord and she has kindly offered for you to start your own lease when you sign, meaning you will NOT take on my remaining months or deal with messy subletting details. Instead, you'll sign your own 12-month contract, my lease will end, and the apartment will be handed over to you.
This unit is owned by a private and responsive landlord. She requires sufficient income and good credit. 3-months rent due by signing. Because I am leaving early I am responsible for advertising the apartment, but my landlord is always happy to talk on the phone to interested applicants if you have questions for her specifically.
