Off the main road which allows free parking on the street OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Must be 25 years old to book No parties No events No smoking inside Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) to 10am - Per city ordinance No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation PETS $25/night per pet, 2 pets max Must pickup after pet or $20 extra charge Pets must be accompanied at all times, or kenneled CAMERAS There is one ring doorbell camera next to the front door, and another ring security camera facing the backdoor entrance Do not tamper with the cameras, in place for safety/security reasons DEPOSIT $250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays/events) LEFT BEHIND ITEMS $10 service charge added to shipping cost TPT#21536295 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
