A minimum 12-month lease is required. Monthly rent is $6,500 if leased unfurnished or $7,000 if leased furnished. No smoking is permitted within the residence. One small dog may be considered, provided the dog does not exceed 30 pounds when fully grown. Approved pets are subject to a $100 monthly pet rent and an additional $500 non-refundable pet fee. A non-refundable move-in fee of $2,500 is due at lease signing. No security deposit is required. Applicants must have strong credit, a clean background check, and verifiable employment, income, and rental history. Gross household income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. All applicants are subject to screening and approval.
