The house features three bedrooms: a downstairs Queen, an upstairs King, and another Queen upstairs. There are two bathrooms: a stand-up shower downstairs and a tub/shower combo upstairs. Enjoy relaxation in the 7-person hot tub. Located just 20 minutes from Charlottesville, Ruckersville, and Crozet, this is a perfect writing retreat. Utilities (electricity, trash, internet, and phone) are included in the rent. Pets may be negotiated. A minimum stay of 30 days is required.
