The apartment is on the second floor of a fourplex and has two entries, one from a shared deck directly to the kitchen, the other through the front door of the building. One of the bedrooms is separated from the living room through two large doors which, if left open, create a large living-dining area. In the basement each tenant has a large locked storage area. Each tenant can rent a washer and dryer for their exclusive use. There is one off-street parking space for each apartment and additional parking on the street.
