Are they going to be weird, reluctant to fix things, or all up in my business? A. Your landlord is going to be great! We are a couple (without any kids, but with one dog) that live upstairs. We promise to leave you alone except when you need us (or want to hang out with our dog). Q. How much are utilities? My electric bill has been crazy recently. A. Not to worry! Is this a basement unit? A. Kinda? It technically is an english basement, but it's been dug out and the back of the house is at ground level. All the rooms have windows and get great light.
