Nice Lockeland Springs bungalow with large front porch, yard, and basement. A block from the park, and a short walk to everything at 5 points, Lockeland table, etc. House underwent significant renovations about 5 years ago and has had long term renters, so trying to get new photos. Due to the very high volume of requests to see the property, I intend to hold an open house to minimize the impact to the current renters the first weekend in May. Any generic "I'd like to schedule a viewing" will be ignored. We need to talk first to make sure it's a good fit and I will work with the current occupants to arrange a good time to schedule the viewing.
