About the building

Available to rent now (not in 6 months) for a lease not expiring September-April. Three Bedroom 2 Bathroom HOUSE.… I am not interested in selling the house. Master Bedroom completely redone with a log cabin feel to it. It is the entire 2nd floor of house with bathroom. As seen in the pictures there is a log cabin bed frame that takes a queen bed (no box springs, they won't fit up the stairs) and desk. The house also has newer: refrigerator, windows, roof and furnace with central air. The main floor has refinished hard wood flooring in living room and bedrooms and a remodeled tile bathroom with 2 shower heads. The master bedroom 2nd floor is carpeted. The basement has some storage with a washer and dryer. The kitchen floor is refinished to a bare pine hardwood. (Blue floor shown in some pictures and some pictures during the refinishing) Quiet neighborhood with plenty of front yard. Virginia Park is on the same block, it is 2 blocks away from bus lines, and an easy bike ride to U of M main campus. Space for one car in garage and another in driveway; plenty of street parking.
