Downstairs is a large family room complete with a gas fireplace and wet bar. Just off this family room is an enclosed hot tub area that opens out into the backyard. There is a full guest bath and two more bedrooms downstairs. Don't forget your favorite pooch...it's also DOGGIE FRIENDLY!! For nearby beaches, check out Skylandia beach located in the Lake Forest neighborhood, Commons beach located in the heart of Tahoe City, or Sugar Pine State park down the west shore.
