T and highway access (the two of us have commuted within Boston and to the burbs in every direction and this location was always convenient - Green, Red, Orange, Silver Lines, 93, 90). Garage parking across the street. Workout facilities close-by. Dewey Square gardens, grass and Farmer's Market. The convenience of South Station.
