The house is fully furnished and is close to everything. We have super comfy tempurpedic beds, a stocked kitchen, a recently remodeled bathroom and more. We are blocks from the fairgrounds (Jazzfest), a short cab ride to the French Quarter, a short walk to City Park, and the neighborhood is quiet so you can get some relaxation from the New Orleans excitement when you need it. The back patio is a great place to relax with a great deck to enjoy warm nights. The front patio has a nice wooden swing to relax with a ceiling fan for hotter days. We have powerful central AC which is a bonus in New Orleans where many places only have window units. It keeps it comfortable on even the hottest of days. We have fast WiFi with all the streaming services, a stocked kitchen full of cooking supplies and spices, a dining room to enjoy your meals and more make this a wonderful place to hang out. The comfortable living room makes it feel like home, whereas many rentals are small and feel more like a hotel room with a kitchen, this is a place you can call home and stretch out. We are a close walk to a number of great bars, restaurants and attractions. You can even walk to the French quarter if you don't mind a 30 min walk through beautiful historic neighborhoods. With a car share or taxi, you can get just about anywhere you would want to go in the city in 20 mins or less for 20 dollars or less. The French quarter is about $15 and only about 10 mins or less by car. We have a great high end front loading washer/dryer, brand new kitchen appliances, smart TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms and a large desk if you need to get some work done at home. Minimum one month lease, but we are open to longer if you are interested.
