This unique rental is a stand alone one bedroom unit on a property with three different units, all independent structures.… The shared courtyard area has a big deck to enjoy some time outside. The unit is a great condition and is perfect for a single person looking for a cozy space. The property has a washer dryer in a utility closet right next to the unit, so doing your laundry is only steps away and is included with your rent. We just replaced the washer dryer with high end front loading units as well.
We recently had the entire unit deep cleaned and painted, so it is in great shape and ready to move in.
The property is in the fairgrounds triangle neighborhood. It is blocks from the fairgrounds for Jazzfest, walking distance to City Park with many great restaurants and bars nearby. The location is convenient to get to the quarter in just minutes, uptown and CBD, but is a nice quiet and safe neighborhood to call home.
We are also about to start renovating the landscaping in the courtyard, so the space is going to be even better!
