Tenant responsible for appropriate and prompt communication regarding issues or maintenance. Tenant responsible for keeping up with the trash and recycling schedules. The street is quiet, the neighbors are wonderful and it is expected that the tenants will be respectful. No fires in the indoor fireplaces.
